ORDER EXCHANGE

Items once ordered are confirmed by the customer for size, design, quantity, and other specifics, so we do not permit returns or exchanges if you select incorrect items, sizes, or designs, or provide incorrect addresses. However, you have the option to cancel your order within 6 hours of making it and then place a new order as needed. For any queries about placing an order to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation policy timeline after an order is made.

Orders can only be canceled within a 6-hour window after placement. If you attempt to cancel your order past this window, it’s likely that the order has already been processed for shipping by our warehouse. A cancellation fee, which is 10% of the total order value, will be charged during the cancellation process. To proceed with a cancellation, contact us at [email protected].

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Time frame can be returned after the order has been delivered.

  • Our policy was in effect for 30 days after the delivery process was completed.
  • After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be made.

Returns and refunds are accepted in the cases below.

We offer a full refund for your initial purchase under the following conditions:

  • The product purchased is incorrect, doesn’t fit, or is no longer wanted.
  • The item arrives damaged or shattered.
  • The design of the product received differs from what was ordered.
  • The size of the product does not match what was ordered.
  • The material of the product is not as specified in the order.
  • The item received is different from the one ordered.
  • The product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

Condition of the product when returned.

Please note, returned item(s) must NOT meet the following criteria:

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way.
  • The item(s) are defective from the original condition, unless the defect is due to our error.
  • The item(s) are missing their original tags.
  • The item(s) have minor issues such as redundant threads that could be easily trimmed or repaired.
  • All returns must be in their original condition and include the original packaging.

Proof of order to claim a refund.

  • The shipping label or receipt.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Evidence of any defects in the items.
  • Screenshots of any relevant emails previously sent by us.

Steps for requesting a return and refund.

  1. Customers should direct their refund inquiries to [email protected], along with the necessary documentation. Our customer support team aims to respond within 2–3 business days. Upon receiving the return address and instructions from us, please ensure your items are securely packaged and dispatch your return package using a traceable method.
  2. Please send the return tracking number or a photo of the return receipt to our customer support email. Additional instructions may be provided depending on the specific circumstances of your return.

Please note that refunds will only be issued upon confirmation of your refund and return request eligibility through our email. Do not return the package without email confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

If the return package is not received by us, no refund will be issued. To ensure your return is acknowledged, please send the tracking number from your carrier to [email protected] in a separate email once you have shipped the item(s).

 

Cost of return shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is not reimbursed as part of the refund.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your returned item(s). Upon receipt of the package, we will send an email confirmation and initiate a full refund, including the shipping fee you initially paid.

If You Haven’t Received Your Refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  3. Depending on your card issuer’s policy, refunds typically appear within 10 to 15 days from the date the refund was issued.

  1. Our return policy is effective for 30 days following the completion of the delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, the order is considered accepted by the customer, and no refunds will be issued.
