SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE We offer fast shipping services for all domestic orders in the USA, with a flat rate of $5.00 per order. Currently, we are unable to deliver to US military bases, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

DELIVERY TIME The estimated delivery time for orders within the USA is between 3-8 days. Please note that during peak seasons, deliveries may be delayed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States and do not provide international shipping.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS We accept payments exclusively through PayPal. Upon checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you can log in with your account details and confirm your payment.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS Once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate changes. Please ensure all details such as size, design, and quantity are correct before finalizing your order as we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly selected items.

ORDER CANCELLATION Orders can be canceled within the same day of placement, provided the cancellation request is made within 6 hours. A management, processing, and transaction fee of 10% of the total order value will be charged for cancellations. Please direct any cancellation requests to [email protected].

POLICY DURATION Our policy is valid for 30 days following delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery was completed, the order is considered final, and no returns or refunds will be issued.

MISSING PACKAGES If you have not received your package despite the shipping tracking code showing as complete, first check around your residence as the package may be placed out of sight.
